Walter L. Morgan

Walter Morgan attended the University of Florida, earning a Bachelor of Science Business Administration degree in 1969 and a J.D. degree in 1972. He has practiced law in Fort Lauderdale since January 1973, after his early release from U.S. Army active duty (2nd Lieutenant, Military Police) in November 1972. Walter is the founding senior partner of Morgan, Olsen & Olsen, LLP.

Throughout his career, Walter’s practice has concentrated on real property and maritime/yacht transactions, residential and commercial title insurance (Owner’s and Lender’s), and formation of business entities (corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships, both domestic and foreign).

Having previously served as Chairman of the City of Fort Lauderdale Downtown Development Authority, and the Board of Adjustment, Walter continues to represent clients regarding  real property, or code enforcement matters seeking government approval before the City of Fort Lauderdale. Walter is rated “AV Preeminant® 5.0 by Martindale-Hubbell” under  that company’s nationwide attorney peer review system-the highest rating achievable for both legal abilities and ethics.
